You can enquire via the contact form above, email us at groups@uplifttours.com, or call 1300 484 510. We’ll discuss your requirements and confirm availability. A deposit of $500 per person then secures your place on the tour.
Absolutely — group travel is our speciality. We work with Probus clubs, garden clubs, sporting groups, retirement villages and hobby groups of all sizes. Our Groups Manager Lauren handles every aspect of your booking from start to finish.
Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended. We can provide details of reputable travel insurance providers upon request. Comprehensive travel insurance is a requirement for most of our international tours.
All client funds are held in a dedicated Client Trust Account — completely separate from our operating accounts. As a fully accredited ATAS member, your money is protected at every stage of the booking process.
Our cancellation policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations. If your circumstances change, contact our team as early as possible so we can explore your options.
